Total Rewards '25 will take place May 19-21, 2025 in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Center, West Concourse, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.
We recommend you arrive on Sunday, May 18, 2025 for the Welcome Reception and depart after the conference ends on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

Registration
You can register for Total Rewards '25 through the WorldatWork website. You will need to login to (or create) your WorldatWork account. Once logged in, add Total Rewards '25 registration and any add-ons to your cart, complete the event attendee form and proceed to checkout.

Registration to Total Rewards '25 provides you full access to the Connection Zone, educational sessions, networking activities, and breakfast, lunch and snacks on the main conference dates.
Items that are not included with the registration fee include the pre-conference courses and pre-conference social activities.
No, registrations are tied to the WorldatWork account that it was created under. To register on behalf of someone, you must login to their WorldatWork account and go through the process and checkout.

WorldatWork may take photos and videos during the event for promotional campaigns, communications, or publications. By registering, you are authorizing WorldatWork to use your image. If you don't want your picture taken or used, visit the WorldatWork check-in desk onsite for a "no photos" sticker for your name badge.
