Whether it’s your first time or you’re attending solo, join fellow attendees for an interactive pre-conference welcome session where you'll get the inside scoop on what to expect, explore diverse session formats and uncover exciting networking opportunities. We’ll wrap up by walking over to the Welcome Mixer together, so you’ll already have a few new connections by the time the evening begins. Come meet your conference community—we’re excited to welcome you!

Start the conference by meeting and mingling with fellow total rewards professionals at our Welcome Mixer, set on a beautiful poolside terrace infused with Floridian charm. This relaxed and inviting evening is the perfect way to build new connections, share ideas, and connect with colleagues old and new before the conference officially begins. Enjoy light bites, refreshing beverages and Florida sunshine as we set the stage for an inspiring and engaging conference!
