Badge Pick-Up
Badge pick-up will be available starting Saturday, April 17 at the registration desk located near the West Lobby of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. View the Schedule at a Glance for full registration and badge pick-up hours.

We highly recommend picking up your badge early over the weekend so you can jump straight into the conference when it kicks off Sunday evening with the Opening Main Stage.

Part of a team order or an invoice customer?
Be sure to complete your registration by using your redemption code to complete the attendee form. This is required to gain access to the mobile app and have your badge printed onsite.

How to Download and Access the App:

  1. Download the WorldatWork Meetings app from the Apple App Store / Google Play Store. Click on "Get started."
  2. Enter your email address used to register then click "Continue." You will receive an email to activate the event. 
  3. Open the email from your mobile device. To activate your account, click on the link in the email or enter the code in the app.
