An Invite-Only Forum for Senior Total Rewards & HR Leaders.
This invite-only experience is designed for senior Total Rewards and HR leaders who rarely get the space to pause, reflect, and think beyond the next urgent decision.
Across a carefully curated day, you will step out of execution mode and into intentional leadership. The experience blends personal development with practical exploration of how to better support, develop, and future proof your teams. You will engage in peer level conversations with leaders who face the same pressures and tradeoffs, learn from shared experiences, and gain fresh perspective you can immediately apply.
Equally important, you will have protected time to reflect, pressure test your thinking, and work on your own leadership and team priorities, not just talk about them. You will leave with clearer focus, stronger connections, and renewed confidence in how you lead your people and yourself.

Invite-Only TR Leader Mastermind Sessions
This session is invitation-only as part of the TR Leader Mastermind.
Building a strong HR or Total Rewards team is one thing. Leading seasoned professionals with competing priorities, limited capacity and high expectations is another. In complex, high-stakes environments, traditional management approaches often fall short.
In this workshop, Todd Henry shares practical insights into what truly motivates high-performing professionals and how leaders can create clarity, trust and focus under pressure. You’ll learn how to manage finite time and attention, balance the core needs of top talent and lead in a way that unlocks greater impact from your team.
This session equips HR and Total Rewards leaders with actionable strategies to reduce friction, strengthen performance and get more from the talent they already have.
This session is invitation-only as part of the TR Leader Mastermind.
The Leader’s Lens is a focused, reflective workshop designed for senior leaders who want to lead with greater clarity, alignment, and long-term impact.
As leaders advance, the demands increase - more decisions, more stakeholders, more noise. What once drove success can begin to pull leaders off course, especially as they move from execution to enterprise leadership.
This session creates space to step back and examine a foundational question: What does my leadership actually look liketo others?
Participants will explore how leadership legacy is shaped less by title or output and more by presence, priorities, and the experience people have in our orbit. Using Simon Sinek’s “Why” framework, leaders will identify their personal leadership “why” and translate it into a clear, concise leadership brand statement.
From there, participants will move from concept to clarity by creating a visual representation of their leadership lens - surfacing what deserves focus, what creates impact, and what may be adding noise rather than value.
The workshop emphasizes:
- Letting go of hustle-driven leadership that no longer serves at senior levels
- Re-centering on alignment - within yourself, your team, and the organization
- Leading with intention across generations by making a clear promise about what truly matters
The leaders we remember are not the loudest or most demanding. They are the ones who made people feel steadier, more capable, and more confident in moments that mattered.
Participants will leave with:
- A clarified leadership “why”
- A succinct personal leadership brand statement
- A visual direction and/or artifact that captures their leadership priorities and impact
Your title will change.
Your role will evolve.
How you made people feel—and what you helped them become—endures.
