Lisa Kjellström is an executive leadership coach, facilitator, and development expert who works with leaders and teams navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change. With more than 18 years of experience in executive education, leadership development, and coaching, she helps leaders strengthen the human foundations of leadership – trust, emotional intelligence, presence, and connection – while also helping them land meaning of their work through story. |
An entrepreneur with a deeply global perspective, Lisa’s work often centers on helping leaders become a steady center for their teams – developing the emotional awareness, relational capacity, and self-regulation required to lead through uncertainty. She speaks and facilitates on topics such as Being the Steady Center: Leading Teams Through Uncertainty and Holding Space at Work, creating environments where leaders can slow down, listen deeply, and engage more intentionally with one another.
In addition to her work with Harvard and CPS HR, Lisa serves as a facilitator for Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) through CircleSpace/ForumSpace and partners with Decker Communications as a coach, supporting leaders in communicating with clarity, authenticity, and presence. She is also a leadership coach with Archetypes at Work™, where she leads transformative experiences that help individuals understand their patterns, preferences, and impact. Lisa is a certified CircleSpace coach and a certified debriefer of the Archetypal Preferences™ Report (APR).
Through her firm, Lisa Kjellström Consulting, she partners with leaders and teams to develop trust over time, strengthen peer relationships, and articulate what matters most. She has earned particular praise for her distinctive workshops, where she captures a leader’s legacy or a team’s shared spirit through a variety of unique and often unexpected storytelling processes. Drawing on her strengths as a storyteller, strategist, and visual thinker, Lisa helps leaders surface the narratives already shaping their organizations – and choose which ones to carry forward.
Originally from Ireland (the accent is gone, though the sensibility remains), Lisa is based in Northville, Michigan with her husband. Outside of her work, she is an avid sourdough enthusiast – a practice she finds quietly aligned with leadership: tending to what’s alive, honoring timing, and trusting the process
