Registration to Total Rewards '26 provides you full access to The Expo, educational sessions, networking activities, and breakfast, lunch and snacks on the main conference dates.

Items that are not included with the registration fee include the pre-conference courses.

No, registrations are tied to the WorldatWork account that it was created under. To register on behalf of someone, you must login to their WorldatWork account and go through the process and checkout.

You may cancel Preview Rate registration for a full refund until December 31, 2025. No refunds will be offered after that date.

For Advanced, Early Bird or Regular Rate registrations, you may cancel for a full refund until March 6, 2026. No refunds will be offered after that date.

Yes, one day passes are available for any of the conference days (Sunday - Wednesday). To purchase, please register through the website. 

You can purchase one, or more, of the conference dates. You cannot purchase a full conference pass and a one-day pass. 

Yes, registration will be available onsite. However, we recommend registering in advance through the WorldatWork website for the quickest and smoothest onsite check-in experience.

Badge pick-up will be available in the registration area near the West Lobby of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

To pick up your badge onsite, you will need to either scan the QR code emailed to all registrants on Friday, April 17, or provide a valid ID.

No. Each person can only pick up their own badge.

Breakout sessions at TR26 will be first come, first served and will not require pre-registration. 

Sessions with additional fees, such as pre-conference offerings, will need to be purchased through the WorldatWork website to secure your seat.

Pre-conference Courses at Total Rewards '26 will require an additional fee and registration. More information on offerings and prices will be available in early 2026.

Total Rewards '26 will be in-person at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. There is currently no plan for a virtual offering to the event. If you have any questions, please contact events@worldatwork.org. 

There are currently five pre-conference courses available for Total Rewards '26. They do require an additional fee. Learn more about our pre-conference learning. 

You can purchase pre-conference course through the WorldatWork website by adding them into your cart along with registration.

If you are already registered for the conference and would like to register for a pre-conference course, please contact the Customer Experience team at customerexperience@worldatwork.org.

Only registered attendees will be able to login and access the Total Rewards '26 mobile app.

Main Stages, meals, snacks, and some networking functions will be automatically added to everyone's My Agenda.

WorldatWork may take photos and videos during the event for promotional campaigns, communications, or publications. By registering, you are authorizing WorldatWork to use your image. If you don't want your picture taken or used, visit the WorldatWork check-in desk onsite for a "no photos" sticker for your name badge.
