We have negotiated special hotel rates to ensure you get the best pricing and hotel booking experience possible. Browse and book your preferred hotel within the conference hotel block with Visit City Housing Bureau, the official Total Rewards’24 housing company. Booking with Visit Cincy gives you access to the best conference rates with the top hotels closest to the meeting. Rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration to Total Rewards’24 provides you full access to the Connection Zone, educational sessions, networking activities, and breakfast, lunch and snacks on the main conference dates.

Items that are not included with the registration fee include the pre-conference courses and pre-conference social activities.

No, registrations are tied to the WorldatWork account that it was created under. To register on behalf of someone, you must login to their WorldatWork account and go through the process and checkout.

Badge pick-up will be available at the Duke Energy Convention Center and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). 

Badge pick-up at the airport will only be available on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19. Please view the agenda for times.

Most sessions will be open to everyone and will not require pre-registration, such as Main Stage sessions, Featured Sessions and breakouts. 

Some sessions with limited seating, such as roundtables, will require pre-registration at Total Rewards’24. Pre-registration will be done through the mobile app.

You can purchase pre-conference offerings, such as tours or courses, through the WorldatWork website by adding them into your cart along with registration.

If you are already registered for the conference and would like to register for a pre-conference social activity or course, please contact the Customer Experience team at customerexperience@worldatwork.org. 

Total Rewards’24 will be in-person at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. However, there will be a package available for purchase following the conference for access to recordings of the highest rated and attended sessions at Total Rewards’24. Registrants for Total Rewards’24 will get complimentary access to all recordings through the mobile app. 

The mobile app will launch on March 22, 2024. An email will be sent out to all registrants with information on how to download and access. Note that certain features on the app will be launched in several phases as the event gets closer. 

To download the app, search for “WorldatWork Meetings” on the Google Play or Apple App store. 

Only registered attendees will be able to login and access the Total Rewards’24 mobile app.

WorldatWork may take photos and videos during the event for promotional campaigns, communications, or publications. By registering, you are authorizing WorldatWork to use your image. If you don't want your picture taken or used, visit the WorldatWork check-in desk onsite for a "no photos" sticker for your name badge.
