Flying to Orlando

Participants can fly to Total Rewards '25 through the Orlando International Airport (MCO). MCO is located 12.3 miles away from the Orange County Convention Center. For more information, visit the MCO website.

Important Note about Travel ID Changes - REAL ID
All Americans traveling by air will need a REAL ID or another accepted form of identification to board a flight within the U.S. on and after May 7, 2025. A traditional driver’s license will no longer be accepted through airport security. Domestic travelers may use:

  • REAL ID (generally marked with a star in the upper portion of the card)
  • U.S. passport or passport card
  • U.S. military ID
  • DHS trusted traveler cards (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST)
  • Enhanced driver’s licenses (offered in MI, MN, NY, VT and WA. Generally marked with U.S. flag)

Rideshare Apps
Lyft, Uber and Wridz are available as rideshare app options at MCO. All rideshare companies may pick-up passengers on the Arrivals Curb at:

  • Terminal A (Level 2)
    • Also on Level 3 between 9:00pm and 2:00am
  • Terminal B (Level 2)
    • Also on Level 3 between 9:00pm and 2:00am
  • Terminal C (Level 6)

Taxicab Service
Taxicab service can be found in the following locations at MCO:

  • Terminal A: Ground Transportation Curb (Level 1) in spaces A22-A25.
  • Terminal B: Ground Transpotation Curb (Level 1) in spaces B30-B34.
  • Terminal C: Arrivals Curb (Level 6).

Taxis may carry up to 9 passengers, and charge the same rate regardless of the number of passengers. All taxicabs picking up at the Airport are regulated by the City of Orlando’s Vehicle-for-Hire ordinance which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter.

Flat rate fees are not authorized. Therefore, metered rates may vary.
