- Complete the online submission form: Tell us about your Total Rewards challenge, how mentorship played a role, and how it made an impact.
- Download the Submission Planning Worksheet to help you think through your story before heading to the digital form.
- Submit a short video (2-3 minutes): Introduce yourself and share your story in your own words.
