Need a Meeting Room?

Interested in hosting a team meeting, meeting with customers or scheduling a networking event with your affiliate group? Request meeting space at the Duke Energy Convention Center for any ancillary meeting needs by filling out and submitting this form.

All ancillary meeting requests must be submitted by Friday, March 22, 2024. Meetings may not conflict with educational sessions or official social activities. Please refer to the agenda for these times. If you need space for multiple meetings, please fill out individual forms for each meeting you require space for. 

All requests will be reviewed for approval and then assigned to space on a first-come, first-served basis.
