Qualified members of the media are encouraged to apply for a complimentary media registration for Total Rewards’24 in Cincinnati, OH. Applications will be evaluated independently from years' past. 

To qualify for a complimentary media pass, please email valid media credentials to media@worldatwork.org that include news organization, first name, last name, address (including city, state, and zip code), country, phone number, email address, Twitter handle, and dates that you plan to attend the conference by May 3, 2024 with Media Registration for Total Rewards’24 in the subject line. Onsite requests will not be granted.  

WorldatWork will review all applications for complimentary media passes within 5 business days of receiving the application. 

What media credentials are required?

For editors or reporters working full-time for print, broadcast, or web publications, please provide one of the following: 

  • A bylined article published by your employing news agency within the past 6 months

  • A copy of the publication masthead listing your primary position as an editor or reporter

  • Official photo identification issued by your employing news agency or government

For bloggers, please provide:

  • Three of your most recent blog posts on a subject related to Total Rewards

For freelance journalists, please provide: 

  • A signed letter on company letterhead from your assignment editor confirming your assignment to cover the event

Please note that marketing executives, sales representatives, public relations executives, analysts, consultants, authors, and researchers may not register as media to attend a WorldatWork event. 

  • WorldatWork reserves the right to deny media registration to any individual who does not meet the above guidelines.  

  • WorldatWork also reserves the right to request a copy of conference coverage as a requirement for media registration.  

Media Room

All credentialed media will have access to the WorldatWork Media Lounge for interviews and to work on stories.
The Media Lounge will be located in the convention center.
