Total Rewards'24 will take place at the Duke Energy Convention Center

525 Elm Street
Cincinnati, OH 45202

Conveniently located downtown, the Duke Energy Convention Center spans two city blocks and 750,000 square feet. It’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport, with hundreds of hotels within a mile’s distance.

Specially Negotiated Hotel Rates for Total Rewards’24

Due to overwhelming demand, availability at the WorldatWork Total Rewards'24 hotels is extremely limited. If you search for a room on the housing website and find no availability, please select the "Wait List Cincinnati" option and complete all of the information requested. As rooms become available, those on the waiting list will receive hotel reservations in the order the request was received. Requests for a certain hotel or bed type should be entered in the "Requests" field.

If you have any questions, or need to book 10 or more rooms for your team, please reach out to events@worldatwork.org.

Why Book with Us?

Here's how you and WorldatWork benefit when you stay at the hotels included in the 2024 conference hotel block:

  1. WorldatWork has contracted hotel rooms at discounted rates on your behalf. If our contracted housing obligations are not met, we pay substantial penalty fees to the hotel. This will require us to increase registration rates in the future to cover such penalties.
  2. The convention provides significantly discounted meeting space based on the number of hotel rooms contracted in the city by WorldatWork, which keeps the registration fees low. However, we must utilize a certain number of contracted sleeping rooms in order to receive these discounts.
  3. We are able to monitor attendance through our room block. This enables us to be better prepared and helps with cost containment.
  4. WorldatWork’s business value to a city is measured by the total number of sleeping rooms actually booked inside our contracted room block. Booking within our block helps us to maintain our strong business value, which is critical to our negotiations with future cities and cost-containment efforts.

Fraudulent Housing "Pirate" Information

It has been brought to our attention that a “housing pirate” has reached out falsely claiming to be affiliated with WorldatWork or Total Rewards’24 claiming to offer good deals on hotel rooms for this year’s conference.

Please note that no WorldatWork-authorized organization will contact you concerning Total Rewards’24 hotel or housing. Accommodations associated with special event pricing should be booked directly through the official Total Rewards’24 housing portal. Please contact events@worldatwork.org with any questions or concerns.

Reporting Fraud

What to do: If you are contacted or emailed by someone sharing a booking link and/or any special offers for the conference hotel, please DO NOT click any links or engage at all with the individual. If they share any information with you, such as the name of their company, their name, company address, email address and/or telephone number, please make a note and forward that information to us at events@worldatwork.org.
