Nicola Wells is Head of Rewards Architecture and Base Pay at Unilever. She leads total rewards strategy, compensation programs, and reward technology implementation across multiple regions, driving engagement and business performance.

With over 18 years at Unilever, Nicola has held senior roles including Global Reward Director and Head of Europe Reward & Global Strategy, overseeing global pay reviews, executive compensation, Workday implementation, and flexible benefits. She previously held reward and compensation roles at QinetiQ, GSK, and WS Atkins.

Nicola holds an MA in Personnel Management from Kingston University and a BA in Economics from the University of Sussex.
