Stacey is a Partner within Aon's Enterprise Rewards Practice and one of the firm's Total Rewards leaders. She leads HR transformations for global companies, designing and scaling compensation and benefits strategies that power growth, strengthen trust, and elevate performance. Her expertise includes developing and aligning business, HR strategies and rewards philosophies, transition and implementation planning roadmaps, and designing, and administering program design, especially during complex business journeys (i.e., restructurings, business transformations, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions). She builds integrated, mission‑aligned programs that optimize spend, strengthen attraction and retention, and deliver a differentiated employee experience across diverse workforce segments.
Stacey earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She is also an ICF Certified Executive Coach.
