Paulette Olin is a Human Resources executive with over 25 years of experience driving financial efficiency, compliance, and global HR operations. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Everest Global Services, Inc., Paulette oversees the global compensation function as well as an $80M benefits budget. She advises executive leadership on strategic initiatives, and her expertise lies in aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives within complex, matrixed organizations.

During her tenure at Everest, Paulette has spearheaded high-impact financial initiatives, including the termination of a Defined Benefit Retirement Plan that resulted in a $25M balance sheet reduction and the generation of $10M in savings on U.S. health and welfare programs. A leader in global expansion and systems modernization, she successfully built competitive benefit programs in five countries within a single year and led the implementation of a Human Capital Management system (Workday) for over 3,000 global employees, consolidating seven disparate systems.

Paulette holds an M.S. in Human Resources from Boston University and a B.S. in Business Management from Rutgers University. She maintains the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations. A past President of the Northern NJ Chapter of the International Foundation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, she currently serves on Everest’s Investment Advisory, Benefits, and Cybersecurity Committees.
