Kyle serves as the U.S. Future of HR Leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he partners with HR and business executives across various industries to shape the future of HR with a focus on achieving both business and human outcomes. Under his leadership, HR plays pivotal roles: proactively transforming the function to drive workforce and organizational results, and spearheading enterprise transformation through expertise in work processes, workforce composition—including integration of human and machine collaboration—and workplace dynamics, whether digital or in-person.

His team provides advisory and implementation services, supporting HR professionals in developing sustainable practices. Their approach leverages extensive knowledge of HR operating models, processes, AI and automation, technology strategies, vendor partnerships, and the evolving skills needed for today’s workforce.

In addition to leading Future of HR initiatives, Kyle advises clients on significant business events such as transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He also serves as the U.S. Human Capital Chief Marketing Officer for Deloitte, collaborating on research and thought leadership addressing emerging trends. As Dean of the Next Generation CHRO Academy, he curates an annual event for aspiring CHROs, fostering skill development and peer networking for over 350 attendees across eight years.

Kyle has guided clients through business transformations and M&A transactions totaling over $130 billion in value, spanning more than 50 countries and organizations of varying sizes.
