Haris Ikram is the CEO of CandorIQ, a SaaS company dedicated to helping companies manage compensation and headcount planning. Prior to founding CandorIQ, Haris led Product Management at Blend ($BLND) through IPO. He’s led product management at Unicorns (Checkr) and hundred-billion dollar companies (Salesforce) alike. Haris is a proud Warriors fan and lives in SF with his wife and two kids.
