Casidy is an experienced HR leader with over 10 years at Baylor University, where she currently serves as Associate Vice President of HR Programs. In this role, Casidy leads efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention through innovative total rewards strategies, managing programs across compensation, benefits, and wellbeing. She also oversees the selection and implementation of key HR technology platforms and provides executive compensation oversight to the University’s Board or Regents.
