Dr. Larry Kuhn has 25+ years of experience in organizational strategy, leadership development, and enterprise growth. Larry partners with executives and organizations to elevate leadership performance, enhance communications, and design scalable performance. He focuses on aligning people, process, and technology to accelerate momentum and results. Larry has collaborated with entrepreneurial ventures, healthcare systems, manufacturing enterprises, nonprofits, technology firms, and universities.
Valued for his calm, pragmatic, and creative leadership style, Larry is a trusted advisor who connects easily with diverse stakeholders and complex challenges. His approach is systemic, data-driven, and competency-based, ensuring sustainable change.
In addition to his executive assessment and coaching core, Larry launched the AspireVue platform in 2014—an integrated workplace solution for competency modeling, assessments, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and workforce planning that integrates with HRIS systems.
Prior to consulting, Larry taught doctoral-level courses in Ethics and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. further strengthening his ability to connect research, applied strategy, and leadership practices in real-world settings. Earlier experiences included those of CFO and Business Administrator & HR Director in high tech and nonprofit organizations where he elevated performance and profitability through operational and financial improvement. Larry holds Doctorates and Masters in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and Bachelors in Business Administration from Indiana University. He’s additionally a licensed psychologist and Master Certified Trainer of the Life Orientations (LIFO) method.
