DW Mann is the Vice President of Total Rewards for EBI, a global high technology conglomerate focused in aerospace & defense, pet food science and biotechnology.

Before joining EBI, DW was an Executive Compensation Consultant with Aon, and previously held progressive leadership roles in total rewards at several major public companies including ConocoPhillips, MRC Global, and Simply Good Foods. He has a proven track record of enhancing compensation strategies to attract, retain and motivate key talent, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives in dynamic and highly competitive market conditions across the energy,  transportation, life sciences, health tech, and tech disruptor spaces.

He authors WorldatWork member materials, was president of the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, a WorldatWork affiliate, and serves on the WorldatWork Foundation board.
