Olga Reupert is Vice President, Benefits, and Compensation for Hub International. She is responsible for strategy, design, and implementation of the Hub International benefits and compensation programs worldwide.

Prior to joining HUB, Olga served in similar roles for other national employers and large national insurance consulting/brokerage firms. She brings over 20 years of benefits experience which includes working with large firms on their employee benefit strategy, design, vendor selection and implementation.

Olga has been a featured speaker at various industry conferences on topics including acquisition integration, fiduciary governance, health care consumerism, benefits technology, wellness and others. She is a graduate of Ball State University and a licensed Life and Health Producer in Illinois.
