Scott Cawood will open with a forward-looking perspective on the future of work, exploring the forces reshaping jobs, skills, and performance and how WorldatWork is evolving to support Total Rewards and HR leaders in this changing landscape. Amy Dufrane will then expand the conversation by connecting these trends to professional readiness, credentialing, and the broader role HR leaders play in guiding people and organizations through constant change.

Together, WorldatWork and HRCI will outline the themes that will carry through HR@TR, creating a common starting point for learning, discussion, and connection across both communities.
