What does fair reward truly mean for international non-governmental organizations today? This interactive roundtable invites participants to explore what fairness looks like in compensation, benefits, and non-financial rewards—and how organizations can move from intention to implementation.

The discussion will open with insights from one organization’s evolving journey toward a principles-based Total Rewards framework, informed by the Project FAIR Principles and Standards. These ideas will serve as a springboard for dialogue around how fairness, equity, and transparency can be embedded in reward systems while maintaining mission alignment and financial sustainability.

Participants will be encouraged to share their own experiences, challenges, and lessons learned. Together, we’ll explore how different organizations are redefining fair reward practices, applying shared principles in diverse contexts, and advancing accountability across the sector.

Key Discussion Points:

  • How organizations are defining and measuring fairness in Total Rewards
  • Lessons learned when shifting from traditional policy models to principles-based approaches
  • Strategies for balancing equity, transparency, and sustainability in a mission-driven context
  • Opportunities for collaboration and shared learning across the global non-governmental organization community
