Mona came to Right To Play in 2013 with over 9 years of experience in compensation and management via the United Nations (UNRWA). While working in UNRWA HQ Gaza and then HQ Amman as Compensation and Management Services Officer contributed to the development and implementation of the classification, compensation and change management reform in UNRWA countries of operations: Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, West Bank and Gaza. Prior to joining RTP Mona also worked as Human Capital Subject Matter Expert for Deloitte, Saudi Arabia on the reorganization and staff assessment of the International Islamic Relief Organization. Mona studied Human Resources at McGill University in Montreal, Canada and holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, Conflict Management from Ein Shams University, a diploma in Leadership and Management Development. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Human Resources Business Professional (HRBP). Mona is a member of several HR committees: WorldatWork, International, HRPA, Canada and SHRM, USA. She is also a member of International Child Protection Network of Canada.
