KC’s purpose is to help companies reward kindly by ensuring thoughtful rewards programs, balancing pay-for-performance with fair and equitable practices, and leaning into employee-centric communication strategies. 

KC is currently head of Total Rewards for eHealth, a health insurance and Medicare broker located in Austin, Texas. He has previously led compensation and rewards programs at an array of well-respected companies across a variety of industries, including Morgan Stanley, Ralph Lauren, IPG, EY, Credit Suisse, and IAC.  KC earned an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. KC is a current board member for the New Jersey Compensation Association (NJCA) and the New York Council of Relocation Professionals (NYCORP). Additionally, he holds several certifications from WorldatWork – Certified Compensation Professional(CCP), Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP), and Global Remuneration Professional (CCP).

In his free time, KC is a youth sports coach, mentors students at Rutgers University, and enjoys playing and seeing live music.
