Katie Jenkins has been in the professional world for almost 20 years and is currently the Skills-Edge Product Director at Mercer. Through her own career decisions and risk taking, Katie has experienced the answer to “what’s the worst thing that can happen?” AND how to thrive in her career by focusing less on job titles and more on growing her unique skills to drive impact. When Katie is not trying to take over the world at work, she enjoys traveling and hiking with twin 8 year-olds in the Seattle, WA area.
