Marybeth has spent over 25 years in the employee benefits industry helping employers put healthcare within reach of every employee.  She currently serves as a Senior Vice President of Health and Welfare Benefits with Trion, a Marsh McLennan Agency, supervising the overall account management for her clients. 
Prior to joining Trion, Marybeth served as a Vice President with AON, where she specialized in utilization and data management to understand key cost drivers.  She was also a National Account Manager with Aetna Inc. specializing in groups larger than 10,000 employees. 
Marybeth was chosen as a top five 2024 Advisor of the Year Finalist by BenefitsPRO and also recognized for both 2024 Top Women Leaders in Pennsylvania and The Top 50 Women Leaders of Philadelphia in 2024. Marybeth's innovative and thought-provoking ideas were showcased in Morning Brew and she has published multiple articles including Manage HR Magazine and The Chief Navigators Magazine, Women of Distinction. Previously she was named on the 2019 Marquis Whos’ Who Lifetime Achievement. Marquis Who’s Who identifies and endeavors to profile the leaders of American Society; those men and women who are influencing their nation’s development and influencing the people of today in their industry.
When not reading up on the latest healthcare or pharma breakthrough, Marybeth enjoys spending time on the water fostering her mind-body connection.
