Justin Hampton is the Founder of CompTool, a salary survey manager and benchmarking tool with Squirrel, a collection of more than 40 million employer-reported pay ranges collected from job postings. Before starting CompTool, Justin spent nearly 15 years as a compensation leader with companies such as Starbucks, Greyhound Lines, Big Fish Games, and Product Madness in the UK. Justin believes that while compensation can be complicated, the best compensation programs are simple, practical, and should be understood by employees. Outside of Compensation, Justin is off to visit every country in the Americas as soon as the Conference concludes.
