Lauren is a Total Rewards Consultant and Project Manager. In this role, Lauren is a key contributor on total rewards initiatives, including benchmarking analyses, custom employee surveys, focus groups, and strategy workshops with key contributors. As a Lead Consultant for total rewards engagements, Lauren initiates the discovery effort with clients to identify specific project goals and ensure Lockton exceeds client expectations on process, deliverables, and strategic advisory. Other responsibilities include leading ongoing calls and meetings, preparing deliverables, coordinating additional Lockton expertise across benefits, retirement, time off, compensation, and managing the project timelines.
