In his role, Sheth oversees the business direction, operations, partnerships and deployment of the company's single HR benefits app for employee engagement with its communication platform, which enables the real-time exchange of information among employees and managements as well as sharing health records with healthcare providers and health coaches. The GCL platform facilitates the collaborative sharing of data and enhances healthcare providers' ability to proactively monitor, diagnose and treat conditions and coach familiies for lifestyle changes.
