Louisa Heywood is an Associate at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC (CAP) in New York. She works with boards of directors and senior management teams to address a variety of executive, non-employee director, and broad-based compensation issues. Louisa’s work includes benchmarking compensation levels, annual and long-term incentive plan design, pay-for-performance assessments, and IPO-related compensation issues.
Louisa has co-authored and contributed to CAP’s research reports on executive compensation trends, covering topics such as investment banking industry compensation, CFO pay, equity incentive plan design for companies undergoing an IPO, and CAP’s proprietary COVID-19 Compensation Tracker.
Louisa received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, where she graduated with honors.
