Jeremy Feinstein is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Empsight International, LLC a leading provider of compensation surveys to Fortune 1000 and large multinationals. Jeremy has more than 25 years of consulting experience and has developed and managed leading compensation surveys for Empsight with 300+ participants in 2023. Jeremy has been a presenter at four previous WorldatWork conferences. Jeremy earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, has an M.S. in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and an MBA from HEC-Paris.
