Donna Chrobot-Mason, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Academic Director of Warren Bennis Leadership Initiative at the University of Cincinnati. She is the Director of UC Women Lead, a 10-month executive leadership program for high potential women at UC. Her focus is on leadership across differences and strategies for creating organizational practices, policies, and a climate that supports diversity and fosters intergroup collaboration. Donna holds a PhD and Masters degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Georgia and has previously served as an Adjunct Research Scholar and Trainer at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Donna teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in Human Resources, Diversity, and Organizational Leadership at UC. Donna has published articles in such industry-renowned journals such as the Journal of Management and Leadership Quarterly.
