Jim is a Manager in Deloitte's Compensation Strategies consulting group and has been helping clients on a variety of compensation projects over the past four years. Examples of projects Jim has led include executing global pay equity studies, building new compensation structures, defining and implementing a new compensation strategy to help attract and retain talent, and implementing a global job architecture. Additionally, Jim has led speaking engagements at WorldatWork's Total Rewards Conference on how to best attract, retain, and engage frontline talent, and led a panel discussion discussing approaches to implementing a pay range transparency policy.
