Jim is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital Workforce Transformation Practice. Jim has had a blend of experiences in consulting and in industry, focusing primarily on compensation strategy, pay equity, and job architecture. Jim has worked across industries, but specializes in working with Healthcare Payers.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Jim was with a leading heath and wellness company, managing pay equity assessments, large scale compensation accruals, regulatory compliance, and integrating HR systems with Workday.
Jim has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
