James Atkinson is Vice President of Data Products at Payscale, where he leads a team responsible for the strategy, development, and delivery of data products to compensation professionals. Prior to Payscale, James spent 9 years at Gartner, where he was most recently the Managing Vice President of Data Products for the HR research and advisory practice. In this role, his team created research and data products for HR executives related to skills, total rewards, recruiting, learning and development and talent management. James holds a PhD in Political Science from University of Michigan and an MBA from Ohio State University.
