Jennica has been at CHG for 11 years and previously worked in total rewards in the financial services industry. Jennica is passionate about leading growing organizations through change and keeping employees’ needs on the forefront of organization's minds. Jennica has successfully led CHG through an eleven-year total rewards journey to become a best-in-class organization with it’s current total rewards offering. Jennica attributes her success to two basic principles: relationships above all else and relentlessly working to align people strategy to business strategy. When Jennica is not working, she is busy playing in the mountains of her Salt Lake City home or exploring the world with her family.
