I’ve been in HR consulting at the same company since I was in college - crazy for a millennial, right? That’s only possible because I’ve done something different each year of my career. I enjoy fast, paced environment and learning new things. I’m a senior total rewards professional with a passion for employee experience. In addition to my consulting role, I lead Mercer‘s career practice in Kentucky and Tennessee. I get to spend my days understanding the challenges of the organizations in my community and around the globe and then come up with solutions on how to make lasting change! No way that’s boring
My experience includes the benchmarking, strategy, design, implementation, and communication of total rewards programs, including: workforce executive compensation, incentive, plan, design, health, and welfare benefits, pay leave, job architecture, and severance.
Other things I’ve dabbled in? I manage Mercer’s North America severance survey and have almost 20 years of custom survey experience. I also have the pleasure of serving as the chair on a nonprofit HR committee and as a board member of Care Guide Partners.
