First a prize-winning performing artist and later a compensation professional, James Diaz joined American Airlines’ Executive Compensation team seven years ago – beginning as an analyst, then as a technical lead (a newly created role), and most recently as a manager. Throughout his career, James has seen business problems through a technical lens and has crafted technical solutions from the ground up that have transformed the way American’s executive compensation team accomplishes its work.
