Tyler is currently the Total Rewards Solutions Leader at Morningstar responsible for global compensation and special initiatives in the total rewards space. After beginning his career in human capital consulting nearly 20 years ago, he has subsequently led efforts on job architecture, competitive pay and performance benchmarking, and incentive and pay structure design. In addition, as a licensed attorney, he has advised on legal and regulatory matters in the employment law arena including such issues as FLSA status and pay equity.
