Mr. Kunkleman is a Korn Ferry Senior Client Partner in the Consulting Practice. He leads the North American People Strategy and Performance practice and has a broad set of cross-industry experiences. Mr. Kunkleman has more than 20 years of consulting experience with Deloitte Consulting, working domestically and internationally, across multiple industries and a variety of topics, including business strategy, people and talent strategy, operating models, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, employee value proposition and HR optimization. Mr. Kunkleman also has 20 years’ experience in HR leadership roles including CHRO, Business Partner, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Compensation.
