Meredith is passionate about aligning compensation initiatives with organizational goals and values, as well as enhancing systems and processes. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University, London, and is CIPD certified. Currently, she oversees all broad-based Compensation at Bumble.
