Jennifer has been in Human Resources for over 17 years; 14 spent in Total Rewards. She has a passion for impactful, meaningful work that impacts every person in an organization - which is why she gravitated towards compensation and benefits early in her career. She has been part of major initiatives in several companies, including designing, implementing, and communicating compensation structures and programs from the ground up, designing compensation policies that hone in on fair pay practices, and has redesigned benefits for several companies to help attract and retain top talent.

She's currently working at Calendly as the Head of Total Rewards, a Saas company that has designed a unique scheduling tool that has been adopted globally.
