Misti’s has an extensive background as in Human Resources, working in the HR Operations function as well as leading the Compensation, Talent Development, DEI, Benefits & HRIS functions. She has worked in a variety of companies and industries including communications and healthcare.  Her passion is leading transformation in companies which unlocks the potential of people.

In addition to holding several professional certifications in Compensation, Benefits and Strategic Human Resources, Misti also has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Spanish & International Relations and a Master of Business Administration, Human Resource Specialization.
