As a Principal in Mercer’s Retirement & Investment business, Luke specializes in employer sponsored defined
contribution plans.

Luke has over 13 years of experience in investments and the retirement industry. Prior to Mercer, he managed
relationships for core-market clients of Empower Retirement overseeing the operations for over 300 retirement plans.

Luke holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 investment licenses.  Luke has also completed the Accredited Investment Fiduciary®
(AIF) program through the Center for Fiduciary Studies and the Professional Plan Consultant® (PPC) program through
Financial Service Standards. Luke earned his bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University while studying
marketing and finance.
