To make it easier to kick-off the connections and keep the conversations going after the conference, we’ve created a private LinkedIn group.

To make exchanging contact information easy, all participant badges will have a QR code designed to be used with a free app called “BadgeScanner” available for both iPhone and Android.

Find your way to the Gates Center at the Denver Zoo.

Check-in, breakfast, and all education sessions will occur at the Gates Center at the Denver Zoo. Check in and breakfast begin at 8:00 AM and the opening Main Stage begins at 8:30 AM. Please read all information below carefully to ensure you can easily find your way on time.

Arriving at and Entering the Denver Zoo
Participants can begin entering the Zoo at 8:00 AM local time via the Main Entrance. A staff member will be at the main entrance to let you in. The Main Entrance is located near the parking lot located at:

  • 3200 E 23rd Ave, Denver, CO 80205

Parking at the Denver Zoo is free at either the parking lot or parking garage.

Making Your Way to the Gates Center
The Gates Center is located a short walk from the Zoo’s main entrance. Click the button below for a map with the path marked.

Checking In
Check in at the table right inside the doors to the Gates Center. Simply give your first and last name to receive your badge.

Session Details
If you want details about a specific session, use the “Sessions” tab.

What to Wear
Dress is business or elevated casual. Be sure to dress comfortably as you will be going outside into the Zoo for lunch. 

Meals
To preview the food that will be available during breakfast, lunch, and certain breaks, find the corresponding tile in the “Sessions” tab.

For lunch, we invite you to go wild! All participants will receive a voucher for a drink and entrée at a restaurant in the zoo. When you check-in, you’ll be asked to sign up for a specific venue, and will make your way to that venue as a group. You’ll have from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM local time to enjoy lunch and spend some time connecting in the Zoo.
