Garry was a Partner in Mercer’s Career practice supporting clients with rewards strategy, employee experience, workforce research and future of work challenges.

Prior to Mercer, Garry lead Deloitte’s Workforce Insights practice and has spent 20-plus years helping organizations optimize their human capital investments. Garry joined Deloitte through the acquisition of his company, Bug Insights, which provided prescriptive analytics to help clients make better business decisions. Garry has been a partner at Aon Hewitt and served in senior strategy consulting roles to clients, leading teams, engagements, alliances and projects.
