Amanda leads the Human Resources and Compensation Consulting Practice for the NFP Atlanta office (formerly Fallon Benefits Group). Her expertise includes strategic planning, compensation, compliance as well as mergers and acquisitions. She believes a Human Resources team is most effective when acting as a strategic business partner and aligning goals to support organizational objectives. As a believer in the approach of servant leadership, Amanda enjoys building strong and long-lasting client relationships. She gains the trust of clients by ensuring exceptional work product and service is delivered consistently.

Amanda earned her BBA from Georgia Southern University and has over 20 years of experience. She holds several professional certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)-SCP, and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Fun Fact: Amanda is enjoying her first season playing on an ALTA pickleball team.
