Ms. Scanlon is a driven, enterprising client services professional with a successful track record in relationship and engagemet management. She partners with executives and senior leaders to design solutions that will help them attract, assess, develop, retain and motivate employees, enabling their business, organization and people to perform and grow.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Lily worked at Gallup Consulting leading the design and delivery of engagements that applied behavioral and attitudinal data to drive business performance. She was also the Director of a national charity endurance program.
Ms. Scanlon brings 10+ years of experience in organizational and talent strategy. She specializes in behavioral economics, organizational effectiveness, competency modeling, DE&I, leadership development, coaching and building and launching assessments for hiring and development purposes. Her background includes engagement management and execution, stakeholder interviews, qualitative data collection and analysis, collaborative recommendation creation, workshop facilitation, and coaching at all levels of an organization.
She has worked with Fortune 500 and international organizations/nonprofits across industries including: technology, manufacturing, CPG, international development, technology, disaster relief, fintech, finance, healthcare, logistics, transportation, professional services, retail, and construction.
