Check-in, breakfast, and all education sessions will take place on the sixth floor of the Seattle Convention Center - The Arch. Be sure you are traveling to the correct part of the convention center as there is another building. 

Check in and breakfast begins at 8:30 AM and the Opening Main Stage begins at 9:00 AM. Please read all information on this page carefully to ensure you can easily find your way on time.

Driving/Parking
WorldatWork does not offer validation, discounts, or reimbursement for parking. 

The closest parking garage is the Arch Garage | Seattle Convention Center

• Address: 1400 8th Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
• Hours: 5:30 AM - 12:00 AM, seven days a week
• Entrance: On 8th Avenue between Pike & Seneca Streets; 1400 8th Avenue
• Accessible Parking: There are 16 ADA-compliant parking spaces located at the end of Aisle F on the Blue level. If you are parking in one of the ADA-compliant spaces you can use the adjacent blue ramp to enter the Center. There is no elevator access inside the Arch Garage. As you enter the Center from the parking structure you will be on level 3. An accessible elevator is on your right-hand side, adjacent to Room 310.

  • 0.5 to 1 hour: $10
  • 1 to 2 hours: $11
  • 2 to 4 hours: $20
  • 4 to 8 hours: $24
  • 8 to 10 hours: $26
  • 10 to 12 hours: $28
  • 12 to 24 hours: $37

How to Download and Access the App:

1. Download the WorldatWork Meetings app from the Apple App Store / Google Play Store. 
2. Click on "Get started" and enter your email address used to register then click "Continue." You will receive an email to activate the event. 
3. Open the email from your mobile device. To activate your account, click on the link in the email or enter the code in the app.

 

Access to the mobile app is restricted to conference registrants. Team orders and invoice customers must complete the attendee form using a redemption code in order to gain access to the mobile app.

What to Wear
Dress is business or elevated casual. Be sure to dress comfortably and bring layers as meeting rooms can get chilly.
