Dr. Dayna Provitt (SPHR, CCP, EdD) is a Senior Manager at Deloitte, leading compensation, job architecture, and talent transformation projects. She has over 30 years of experience in compensation practice and leadership. Prior to Deloitte, she led compensation teams in the healthcare, higher education, and cruise industries. Dr. Provitt became interested in exploring the intersection of talent experience and virtual work after leading the compensation and benefits team for Holland America Group during the COVID 19 pandemic. Her dissertation research examined women's experience before and after remote work, digging into the impact of remote work on networking effectiveness and career aspirations. In addition to receiving her Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from University of Southern California, she has also received her MBA, CCP, and SPHR designations.
